  A couple of things could do with a lick of paint here and there, but we were entirely satisfied with our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, very hot water and lots of it. Nice to sit on the balcony. Everything we needed was within a short walking distance. Docs, hospitals, banks, eateries, and the city. Even the in-house entertainment on Wednesday night was more interesting th - Price, undercover free parking, continental breakfast included, close to all city amenities, cleanliness, comfortable bed. All attempts to make for a comfortable stay has been made. Staff were friendly & helpful.

  Everything was Excellent. Friendly Warm Greeting by lovely staff. We stayed in room 60 which has a spa. Room is very large, small stove, microwave, Iron, Very comfortable bed. Just brilliant. When we stayed it was very windy and not a bit of rubbish anywhere. Well done especially for a place this size. Salt Water Pool, Gazebo and Bbq are immaculat... what people say » e. Plenty of parking. All staff fantastic including housekeeping who couldn't do enough to help. We only live 30 minutes from here and will make this - Location was good, close to a couple of nice restaurants and the marina. We had a lovely sunny room in the morning and it was clean and comfy. Easy to book on line. A suggestion to you is to offer guets the choice of having their towels changed daily, or not. We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment.

  I booked in for my wife & I. We are regularly on the Gold Coast for medical treatment my wife has regularly. Manager was Extremely Helpful & friendly. What a Marvelous change. Rooms are Big, kitchenette bathroom etc brilliant and Clean. Bed was Lovely and comfortable. Rooms are no smoking, great, and outside every room is table, chairs and... what people say » ashtray. Lovely surrounds pool and laundry. WIFI for your lap top pc's. Off street parking. I Highly recommend this Motel and we will definitely stay - Repeat visitors here. We love the place. We stay here each time we travel to the Gold Coast for medical treatment my wife receives. 1st Class Motel at budget price. Well Done :)

  What did i like every-thing .I travelled from Gippsland to Marybourgh and stayed in motels all the way, and the best was the Arkana. From the moment you arrive you are treated like one off their family,nothing was any problem to them . They even posted my excess baggage back to gippsland for me .I would rate it EXCELLENT in every way - I loved... what people say » being so close to Town. This is the 2nd time I've stayed there and the management and staff are extremely friendly. When I next go to Maryborough I will stay there again, and I highly recommend this Motel to anyone looking for budget accom so close to Town.

This hotel/motel was very clean and well laid out (as good as a new building) with swimming pool, breakfast area with the option for a cooked meal - continental provided, spacious outdoor lounge and BBQ area. Three car hire firms a five minute walk away. We have already recommended this hote - Queen's Court had atmosphere. The areas for relaxing are plentiful, aesthetically pleasing and well designed. From the clean rooms equipped with TV, fridges, hair dryer, AC to the included breakfast, this hotel is very budget friendly. Although on a main thoroughfare our room was toward the back of the hotel and noise was not a problem. Exceptionally friendly staff concluded an excellent stay!

We stayed here as it was close to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre for the Pink concert, they provided Transfers there & back, as well as a dinner package. Was nice not 2 be couped up in a few story motel.Was nice 2 walk out of residence, and sit directly outside my door.   One of the most friendly staff what we met during our trip in Australia. From reception we got nice advice for other spot points in Rockhampton and a recommendation for there restaurant which one was a great advice.   I loved the locality sooo close to most good things on the Gold Coast. We ate out at the local Mermaid Beach Surf Club which was great. Free wifi was an added bonus.
