We stayed in a 2 bedroom single level apartment in the Mermaid wing and it was so handy, and walked straight out to the pool area. Throughly recommend it. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours. This is not a criticism because we did pay a little extra for our room. -

We rented a 2-bedroom appartment. It was very large, superb, very well equipped (really above all other appartments we had rented up to this point) and just perfect... The staff was very kind and helpful. Late arrival was no problem. The price is very reasonnable for what you get. -

The location was excellent, the room (1 b/room appartment) was very clean and had every thing you would need away from home. Staff were friendly & helpful especially when there was a mix up with my booking, my room had been prepared. Good value for your money. Even the guests staying at Cascade were friendly. I will stay there again next time

The Glenda and Chenora were wonderful, welcoming and helpful.The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was far enough from the center of town to be quiet... but close enough to be walking distance. Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

We stayed at the Jack & Newell for three nights in a 3 bed apartment in Nov 2013. The apartment was huge, modern décor, well cleaned and maintained. As well as the pool facilities. The property is located just a few streets over from the CBD, the pier, the marina and the casino! David the manager was a great guy and went out of his way to provide advise on tours etc to make our trip successful. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Cairns.

It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.

The owners Karen and Ian where extremely helpful and professional especially in organising our trips to the reef etc nothing was too much trouble.
I was very impressed with standard of accomodation we had two bedroom apartment with a mountain view which was excellent.
The location was ideal 50 yards from a beautiful beach but conveniant for all the trips associated with Cairns and the surrounding district.

I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Also, there are also free ipads and wifi provided for the stay as well as wide selection of complimentary movies that helps the young ones occupied when I needed some "me" time.
