On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming.
Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking.
The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. We had a one bedroom city-view apartment.

29th June at 10am). Impeccable and excellent customer service, very
professional with a can do attitude. Meriton hospitality, one experience
for only four days absolute perfection, Customer care already mentioned,
Maintenance staff very polite and keep the room immaculate after every

the hotel was centrally located and accessible to buses and ferries. the apartment was beautiful with wonderful views through a wall of windows in both rooms. the furnishings were clean, comfortable and elegant. felt that the Meriton offered great value and the location was excellent
with the northbank riverside boulevarde being so close. The views from

I stayed here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are very clean and well presented with everything you need. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made our weekend away very special.

Amazing stay! During our 6 week trip to Australia we stayed here on 3
separate occasions and each time we couldnt fault the service. The staff
were superb, Layla, Kim and Marcus. Each time we returned there was a
bottle of wine and chocs waiting in the room to welcome us back and the
rooms/apartments were of a very high standard. I would definitely
recommend staying here if you visit the Gold Coast.

We loved the view and balcony from the two bedrooms and lounge looking out over the beach and ocean. The apartment and complex was spotlessly clean and comfortable and it was very handy for our teenagers having the 7/11 convenience store downstairs along with the coffee shop and Subway. We loved the location and the spaciousness of the penthouse perfect for my birthday party. Jayne Rob and Meg couldn't do enough and the little touches were some of the things that made our stay even better. I will be back and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, must say one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen for a long time. Pool and gardens were very well maintained. Inside pool was an added bonus. Rooftop area was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Great location.
