  The location was great. Quiet, not busy ,laundromat next door. Change for machines available at 4 square store a few stores away. Plenty of small eateries/cafes on street below. nice walk along beach pathway. Moreton Bay Boating club not far away for reasonably priced meals. - We were really happy with the small studio room & reasonibly price... what people say » d to suit our budget. Was a lovely location but quite out of the way to shopping etc. Staff couldnt have been more helpful. Thankyou for making our stay in Brisbane enjoyable.

  After reading reviews about this hotel that it is not very clean and the staff are rude, I was a little skeptic in booking it. However I was pleasantly surprised. When we got there, we found our allocated apartment was not serviced and I thought my fears had come true. I went down to reception and spoke to Jill who was absolutely wonderful, genuin... what people say » ely apologised, allowed us to look at other apartments before shifting, accommodated us in tower 2 which is the best one and gave us some breakfast vo - 1) Location within CBD - close to food and shopping. 2) Coles at the ground floor. Very convenient. 3) Swimming pool, gym and spa. Very well up kept (especially the gym equipment). 4) Views from the room was beautiful. 5) Plenty of hot water. :) 6) My wife thought that she left her diamond ring in the apartment and the staff were very kind to have a look for us. 7) Availability of car parking. 8) Modern TV in the apartment. It has HDMI interface.

  The hotel was just beside the Duty Free Outlets and there was a woolworths supermarket that was open 24 hours. Very convenient for our family as we have just returned the car and there was nothing much we can do. The hotel staff was very courteous and check-in was allowed even before the official check in-time. I was expecting to pay for an addi... what people say » tional bed as we have 2 adults and 2 children but there was 2 double beds in the room and they even opened up the sofa bed for us! So it was a pleasa - We ate at your restaurant and was amazed at the high quality of the food, the presentation and especially the professional and friendly service given by all the staff in there. We only had to wait 10 minutes for a table as we hadn't booked but were given bread to eat for the 'inconvenience'. We'll definately stay again when needing to be near the airport. Gold stars to you all.

  There were great facilities - an indoor and outdoor pool, lots of little areas for the kids to explore. The size of the units were fantastic and the kitchen was well catered.   the hotel was centrally located and accessible to buses and ferries. the apartment was beautiful with wonderful views through a wall of windows in both rooms. the furnishings were clean, comfortable and elegant. I could go on and ... what people say » on - the lifts were quick, there was parking available, the staff were helpful, the bed was comfortable, the aircon and tv etc all worked like a dream - I loved the fact that our sleeping area was separate to our living area - all the amenities were superbly appointed. Lovely kitchen facilities (not that we cooked) and I loved the fact that you had a coffee plunger so we could have a long black first thing in the morning :) Overall we felt that the Meriton offered great value and the location was excellent with the northbank riverside boulevarde being so close.   We loved the view and balcony from the two bedrooms and lounge looking out over the beach and ocean. The apartment and complex was spotlessly clean and comfortable and it was very handy for our teenagers having the 7/11 convenience store downstairs along with the coffee shop and Subway.   A perfect location opposite the beach and park, relatively quiet and very spacious apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and loved Burleigh Heads (after spending a horrible night in Surfers!).   Nice bath. Nice bed. Kitchen good but We didnt use it. Had problems with the TV and Phone. Phone need s relabelling as "front desk" button didnt work and front desk said "oh but you dial 9" well no where did it say "Dial 9" also the directions for accessing ordinary TV stations is incorrect. The booklet needs to be rewritten as the info on the TV ... what people say » does not line up with what actually happens. This all took an hour to sort out. The staff were very good and I viewed another room in exchange, howeve - The accommodation was in close proximity to all places we were intending on visiting. The one bedroom unit was clean and tidy and had all the necessities required of a self contained unit. I would stay at this location again.
