  A couple of things could do with a lick of paint here and there, but we were entirely satisfied with our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, very hot water and lots of it. Nice to sit on the balcony. Everything we needed was within a short walking distance. Docs, hospitals, banks, eateries, and the city. Even the in-house entertainment on Wednesday night was more interesting th - Price, undercover free parking, continental breakfast included, close to all city amenities, cleanliness, comfortable bed. All attempts to make for a comfortable stay has been made. Staff were friendly & helpful.

  Loved the location and free in-house movies for rainy days (most hotels, even the posh ones charge extra for movies, which I think should be an inclusion. This made the deal very economical as we are pensioners The Motel was situated close to all facilities we wished to access. We would recommend Greenmount Beach Resort to any of our family or friends.

  Absolutely amazing place to stay, with great staff and superb accommodation. I arrived from my flight at about 5am, 9 hours before check in. This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort. The pool was gorgeous, the breakfast was superb, and the ho - We really liked the layout of Palm Royale and so many swimming pools from which to choose.There are plenty of options for ordering meals but they are brought in as I dont think there was a restaurant available to guests. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and a shopping centre within close walking distance.Security staff constantly patrol the site. The room was very good value for money and we would stay again.

  Everything was Excellent. Friendly Warm Greeting by lovely staff. We stayed in room 60 which has a spa. Room is very large, small stove, microwave, Iron, Very comfortable bed. Just brilliant. When we stayed it was very windy and not a bit of rubbish anywhere. Well done especially for a place this size. Salt Water Pool, Gazebo and Bbq are immaculat... what people say » e. Plenty of parking. All staff fantastic including housekeeping who couldn't do enough to help. We only live 30 minutes from here and will make this - Location was good, close to a couple of nice restaurants and the marina. We had a lovely sunny room in the morning and it was clean and comfy. Easy to book on line. A suggestion to you is to offer guets the choice of having their towels changed daily, or not. We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment.

There was no time to check out the pool/spa but the pictures were very nice. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the view of the streets were very entertaining. Nice staff, nice people & friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended especially if you have a budget.

  2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, well equipped with all facilities, clean & comfortable... great for a family. Quiet location, walking distance to city & great selection of restaurants. Secure parking and friendly staff all contributed to a great weekend's accommodation. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Townsville. -... what people say » The fact that as soon as we walked into the room we were greeted with a fresh clean smell and the whole room was clean. This seems to be a rare thing these days because cleaning products are not used in every place that we have been to, some just use water and one cloth for everything.

  I liked that they let me leave my luggage in the hotel before check in because i was going to soundwave. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value for money. I lived how it was right next to the station.
