  Great value for money, really friendly staff. Great pool with excellent waterslide to keep the kids amused. Good shallow pool for toddlers. Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom. The staff was super friendly with us and the facilities were delightful. We really rested while staying here and we would definitely return to the resort if traveling to North Queensland.

  The receptionist (Trudy) is the nicest women ever. She made our trip so enjoyable and she was so helpful and friendly. She advised on the best trips to do, where to eat, she printed our boarding passes...She couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived early and weren't sure if we would get to check in that early but this was no trouble at all. All... what people say » the 1 bed apt were gone so she put us in the penthouse apt....It was fab and such a treat as we were on our honeymoon. The pool was fab and it overlo - Trudy was very welcoming and helpful. The views from the two bedroomed apartment were stunning. It is positioned close to the amenities but the walk up the hill was fairly challenging but worth it. The pool and spa area were beautifully kept and were never crowded. Would certainly recommend to others and have no hesitation staying there again. Thank you Martinique for a fantastic experience.

  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... what people say » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  We were a couple with a infant. We were recommended to this hotel by a friend. It had cooking facilites we wanted for our baby. T also had Air conditioner, car parking and wi-fi which we look for where ever we go. The staff (receptionist- I assume she is the owner) was very friendly and helped us a lot to plan our sight seeing. Bed was very comfortable.Kitchen area very adequate. Good outdoor BBQ area. Location great - near the Esplanade, shops and airport. Good price for the facilities as a lot of budget accommodation have shared bathrooms.

  We had a fabulous stay and cannot fault the accommodation and facilities. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of our room - modern, comfy and clean and the location - pretty much walking distance to everything.   We stayed for seven nights with our family (2 Adults 2 children (Age 7 &5)) and had a 2 bedroom apartment. The space and layout was great and practical. The view was also lovely. The staff were also helpful and when needed they truly provided exceptional customer service. Our children loved the pool and spent most days there. Great place to relax but with a lot of holiday entertainment close by. Staff were great at contacting us to advise what we needed to do for a late check-in and provided easy to follow instructions.   Loved the staff, ever so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, and the apartments are gigantic! Makes you feel at home rather then being squished into a small apartment.   well where do i start straight from making the booking,Tom was on the phone to me within five minutes asking me wether the room i booked was suitable absolute profesional .i told Tom what i was coming over for and he knew i was on the red eye flight and offered me to come straight to motel and drop bags off and he would endeavour about a early che... what people say » ck in .The staff could not help me enough and especialy Tom went over and beyond the call of duty .The motel was very clean and very close to everythi - Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast. Very convenient very clean very comfortable. Shame we didn't get time for pool. Short but very sweet stay.
