We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. We stayed only for one night and I loved my stay there. The hotel is excellent, rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is close to everywhere. The view from the hotel was great. Breakfast was also fantastic and had a good selection. Hotel Staff was excellent and very helpful.

The location was fantastic, the staff recommended a little restaurant called The Letterbox Restaurant which was amazing. We are going back to stay in Terrigal at the Crown plaza again just to go to The Letterbox Restaurant for dinner.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

Loved the prepared fire-place, view fantastic from both our room and the dining room. Staff were helpful (and lovely to our 4 year old), and it was only a short walk to the shops, and bus to explore the area.
