The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The hotel turned out better than we expected. The staff were very friendly and informative, and the atmosphere was nice. The room was perfect; the appearance and set up as well as the cleanliness. On top of that, the spa and pool facilities were very good, and the dining was great too.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.
