  Finding Thistle Hill was like finding gold! We had beautifully appointed accommodation Nd the grounds are stunning! The gourmet breakfast is to die for. Baked goods made on the premises! Peter was so,obliging and when we could not get a pizza delivered due to bad weather conditions, he prepared a beautiful cheese platter for us! We highly recommen... what people say » d this beautiful place and will definitely make it our base every time we go to Polkolbin. - We stayed in Thistle Hill for 2 night celebrating my partners birthday. I have visited Hunter Valley previously and have to say this Guesthouse is one of the top stays I have experienced. Beautiful decor with attention to details, Thistle Hill grounds are stunning, breakfast very tasty with great choice of food, and Carol's baked pears just delicious!! We will definitely come back later this year.

  Accomodation was very cozy and unique. Very peaceful, lots of space to have a nice evening walk, not over crowded and very reasonable. Breakfast was good (could have been better), was amazing to see such a variety of wildlife (was very enjoyable for us). - Villas were very comfortable, cute and cosy feel. View was amazing.
