  Easy to find, easy to get parking unlike inner city hotels were its one way streets and double parking just to check in. Quiet, private, luxurious but not over the top where you may feel out of place. All the staff made us feel very important and that they genuinely cared.   I loved the friendly helpful staff. Location was excellent so easy to get anywhere. Room was very clean and comfortable. One of the best hotels I have stayed at at this level. Obviously not 5 star but a very well run establishment. Best was the lovely friendly and helpful staff. Can't thank them enough. Issue with showered was solved within 5 minutes. - It's situated right in city centre, very convenient to shop and get access to any food you want. Staffs are friendly and helpful, sometimes they even offer candies n chocolates to guest while waiting at lobby and my kids love it. The room is decent and comfortable though it looked old. Breakfast spread is the same everyday but its decent and tasty, nothing to complain about.

  Almost all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They kept us a carpark just incase we needed it even though we didn't ask them to. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted. The staff were delightful, right from check-in to final check-out. The room was superb, well appointed and exceptionally comfortable and clean. The restaurant would be among the best at which we have ever eaten, with the sensibly brief menu and wine list superbly backed-up by very polite and attentive staff. Overall, our eight day stay would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced and enjoyed.

  We arrived at 10am very tired after an overnight fight. The staff kindly checked us into our room early. The room was modern, clean and had heavy curtains that allowed sleep.   I arrived at the hotel at 6.30 am in the morning very tired from an all night flight. I explained my circumstances and they were very understanding. They checked vacant/non-smoking rooms and with a bit of discussion they gave me a room on the 10th floor with a wonderful view of the river. I appreciated having a room as I had a lot of luggage and - Beautiful location overlooking Swan River. Easy walk along well maintained gardens to Perth Central . All staff were more than helpful and always smiled when I came back from the pub slightly worse fo wear! The guest laundry faciity was a blessing as I was running out of clean clothes quicker than expected. The business centre was useful to me too. Breakfast was plentiful with a varied choice (far too much for me!). The eggs benedict were a treat, I will be adding them to my hotel requirements

  You kindly ungraded us from an executive room to I think a Junior Suite. Timing was wonderful as I was up for day surgery which turned out to be a bit brutal. The space and amenities were greatly appreciated. The room was beyond impressive with plenty of balcony space , a big plus . I've worked in hotels for over 6 years and your staff really did shin - It is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. Our superior 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Next to the river there is a lovely walk with a playpark for the children. It was pleasant to have a walk and look at the boats on the harbour. You wouldnt have known that you were right next to a highway as it is so quiet and relaxing. The children loved the swimming pool.

I forgot my wallet with all my money and cards in it and it was found be Concierge exactly where I thought I left it. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in perth and we have been to a lot of the hotels in perth . Gym was good and great to have a laundry and not pay a fortune, also loved the bathroom which was a great size for 2 and lots of counter space and shower was great. Food was very good and continental breakfast was very good as was the price.good location for us good small bars and cafe's , great beach. Overall

  Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.
