The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

Amenities were good and - when I first booked on line I thought I had booked at another Adina that we had previous stayed at. After much stress getting to the hotel through peak hour Friday traffic we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only with the staff member that couldn't do enough for me. The close proximity to City, fantastic rooms. So now you are our Hotel of Choice and have been recommending to all our country friends

  Overall was really happy with the room - comfortable big bed, great shower and all the basic amenities I needed. Only a ten minute walk to the main shopping district but also a free bus directly out the door. I would definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony - it was perfect getting the warm sunshine coming through in the morning. - Nice... what people say » rooms with tv and general amenities.   I loved the friendly helpful staff. Location was excellent so easy to get anywhere. Room was very clean and comfortable. One of the best hotels I have stayed at at this level. Obviously not 5 star but a very well run establishment. Best was the lovely friendly and helpful staff. Can't thank them enough. Issue with showered was solved within 5 minutes. - It's situated right in city centre, very convenient to shop and get access to any food you want. Staffs are friendly and helpful, sometimes they even offer candies n chocolates to guest while waiting at lobby and my kids love it. The room is decent and comfortable though it looked old. Breakfast spread is the same everyday but its decent and tasty, nothing to complain about.

However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels.   I arrived at the hotel at 6.30 am in the morning very tired from an all night flight. I explained my circumstances and they were very understanding. They checked vacant/non-smoking rooms and with a bit of discussion they gave me a room on the 10th floor with a wonderful view of the river. I appreciated having a room as I had a lot of luggage and - Beautiful location overlooking Swan River. Easy walk along well maintained gardens to Perth Central . All staff were more than helpful and always smiled when I came back from the pub slightly worse fo wear! The guest laundry faciity was a blessing as I was running out of clean clothes quicker than expected. The business centre was useful to me too. Breakfast was plentiful with a varied choice (far too much for me!). The eggs benedict were a treat, I will be adding them to my hotel requirements

The room was beyond impressive with plenty of balcony space , a big plus . I've worked in hotels for over 6 years and your staff really did shin - It is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. Our superior 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Next to the river there is a lovely walk with a playpark for the children. It was pleasant to have a walk and look at the boats on the harbour. You wouldnt have known that you were right next to a highway as it is so quiet and relaxing. The children loved the swimming pool.

The staff were delightful, right from check-in to final check-out. The room was superb, well appointed and exceptionally comfortable and clean. The restaurant would be among the best at which we have ever eaten, with the sensibly brief menu and wine list superbly backed-up by very polite and attentive staff. Overall, our eight day stay would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced and enjoyed.

Bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in perth and we have been to a lot of the hotels in perth . Gym was good and great to have a laundry and not pay a fortune, also loved the bathroom which was a great size for 2 and lots of counter space and shower was great. Food was very good and continental breakfast was very good as was the price.good location for us good small bars and cafe's , great beach. Overall
