I always appreciate having a kitchenette; table and chairs with space; a lounge; In having a separate car park, I appreciated not having cars outside the door, arriving late and or leaving early. Although I did not use the breakfast facility, it seemed a very well planned space and excellent area for guests to use in various ways. It was everything it promised: the room was clean, fresh, spacious and quiet (at our request), the pool was perfectly heated and the lady at reception was most welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the 15 mns walk to the town centre thru the back streets and some beautiful houses. A very pleasant and well-priced motel.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Nice reception guys. It was very clean and comfy and was self contained. The bed was very comfy but was only a double. I knew this when I booked but would have much preferred a queen size bed. Also a long, hot walk from town (drive if you can, esp when it's hot). Leaving. Nothing negative to report on. Slightly out of town which meant a $10 taxi ride in and out or a good 20min walk. This could suit some people. Nothing to dislike. can,t think of anything. Garbage truck early in the morning. The breakfast selection was poor - some fresh fruit and a larger selection of breads would be good. Checking in at 2pm. Motel must have been fully booked on Saturday night as I couldn't find a proper car spot for my car. No shampoo in bathroom. The fridge was obviously not working as it didn't keep our perishables cold at all. Also the air con didn't work properly and was noisy and the pillows were very worn out and old as they were flat as tacks and hard. Also seemed to be pricey for where it was situated not up to 4 star class at all.
