  The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a... what people say » bargain, plus "JP" picked me up in the shuttle bus upon my return to take me back to the motel. This is a fantastic service. I would not hesitate to - myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning. i cannot say enough how amazing i found this hotel, and would

  Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Price ($154) was very reasonable. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. - The staff is really nice. Especially the shuttle bus driver could give yo... what people say » u many advices for your questions. And the staff in resturant is really kind even i was late to arrive which close to OFF time. Specially thanks to Rick Yen who made nice arrangement for me.
