What a lovely hotel, its location is centre of Brisbane and the rooms are huge. My husband and myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The thing that absolutely sold me on this hotel was the service. From our arrival the check in staff and concierge were so helpful. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!! The bedding was so soft and cossie and your snuggled right into the donna, had a fantastic night sleep. Normall

Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

Clean Eygyptian cotton white hygenically washed bed linen instead of re used bedspread expected for 5 star. It was beautiful! Reminded of me of my old house, I felt very much at home. Couldn't believe how good the price was either. The room was spacious, had everything we needed for our one night stay.
