Great staff, very clean facilities, has a kitchen for those that want to stay on a budget, and is located close to a metro station, like a 10 minute walk. -

Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful
and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed

The communal area was huge with free wifi and good sized kitchen, really nice roof terrace but would be even better if wifi was available up there, but then I suppose it would be packed every day! The staff were always friendly and happy to help with any concerns or questions. I will be back here if I'm ever in Sydney again!! -
