  Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. We are so busy with work and live apart from each other we definately hope to do it again ... what people say » one day we deserve it. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

  The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there. We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  I would highly recommend the Skyhome that I stayed - excellent 270 degree view of both sea and city, and trendy designed rooms. There are two swimming pools in Tower 1. The hotel is close to everything - beach just across the street, shops around, restaurants underneath. And they offered efficient service to book tickets for theme park and taxi. - I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Also, there are also free ipads and wifi provided for the stay as well as wide selection of complimentary movies that helps the young ones occupied when I needed some "me" time.

They checked us in earlier and on the day we left, they kept our luggage until late during the day, as our flight was at night. Ocean Plaza is wonderfully located close to three wonderful patrolled beaches. It was nice to be able to exit the complex straight into the Showcase shops, which next year will feature a Woolworths supermarket right at this doorstep.

  This was my second trip to Mantra Crown Towers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (3204) with a 2 and 4 year old. Once again a great holiday (5days). Kids loved the facilities. Our room was great and while it would be easy to criticise small items (dvd player didn't work, curtains dirty etc.), they were not material to our comfort or quality of o... what people say » ur stay. We lived the 1 bedroom apartment as it was spacious and very comfortable. The Changmai Thai restaurant is amazing and we will come again. Overall an excellent destination and we only live 5 minutes away

  I enjoyed my stay at Atrium. Our room was very comfortable and although I thought it inconvenient at first I did like the extra security with the key to open and shut entrance to car park. Loved the rooftop area with BBQ and the heated pool.   The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are nice and comfy. On the second morning, the kitchen at the hotels restraunt which serves breakfast was having some problem with their stoves. So there was no cooked food out on the buffet spread.
