  We found our stay at Mint Coolangatta Points North Apartments to be faultless. The staff were friendly and efficient. The accommodation and facilities were comfortable and first class. First of all - its not the Hilton so don't expect marble floors, full time concierge and elevator music. We could see right out over the ocean and to the left a view of the boating channel. The apartment was lovely and we felt like millionaires. It was so nice it was hard to go out! Ben was great to us and showed us where to get a nice meal when we had arrived tired. We fed the fish from the boat docks accessed at the back of the swimming pool.   i would definitely recommend this resort to other family and friends,, from the awesome friendly staff to the wonderful facilities they had available. The lay out of the apartments and the easy access to and from the resort. we definitely felt at home and relaxed and our stay there was like a 5 star holiday.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

The staff were very professional, positive, helpful, efficient and definately went out of their way to provide world class service.   My three daughters and I checked into Meriton Serviced Apartments - Broadbeach for a 5-day vacation in Gold Coast. The staff was efficient in completing the necessary paperwork for check in and check out. Daily housekeeping was excellent. The location is ideal; a short walk to the bus stop and to Pacific Fair Shopping Ce - Do not stay anywhere else!! This is the perfection place to stay. Broadbeach is a real upmarket place with plenty of bars and restaurants. It is more low key and not as commercial as Surfers, which really suited us. Surfers is only a 30 minute walk along the beautiful beach. The staff at the Meriton are excellent. They helped with all our queries and booking trips and excursions. She disappeared for a minute, came back apologized, and told me she had upgraded us to a lovely room with great views. We will definitely come back. - When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way.
