  Proximity to what we were down there for, access to public transport, beach playgrounds. Michelle (Relief Manager) could not do enough for us from the time of booking on the internet, the follow up emails prior to arrival, arranging transfers for us, all of this whilst dealing with a very personal family medical issue. Michelle, it is people like ... what people say » you that draw people back time and time again. Cannot say enough about the 5 ***** service you provided myself and my 6yr old son with. It is a pleasu - It roomy for us, and we liked that We as an older couple liked the ground floor. I am not sure if you had a lift. Good walking distance to some facilities. e.g. Working mans club. Transport system good. Helpful management. Good nights sleep. We would stay there again.

  Best backpackers I've ever stayed in! Staff are outstanding, the place is so clean, beds are good and rooms are decent size, they have a nice balcony area which you can relax or socialise in, good kitchen and they put on free breakfast for you too! Really close to everything, pub downstairs which gives you cheaper drinks if you're a guest (and you... what people say » can't hear any noise either from upstairs if you want to sleep!), main street right outside, beach is a stones throw away, all in such a perfect litt - The manager is very friendly. I booked weeks ahead not realizing i had to check in on good friday. When I arrived at 10pm, the manager still answered the phone and opened the door to let me check in. And he drove me to the airport for free at 7am the next morning!
