  all of the categories were excellent, the staff were exceptional, proactive and offering assistance without being asked; dealt with non-responsive credit card chip politely and quickly; accommodated unusual check in and out times without a hitch. Always feel valued customer here ( and also at the Sheridan St BW where I have also staye. Location opposite Central SC suits very well, and security - Very impressed as soon as I walked in the room. Definitely value for money with the convenience of being in the heart of the city.   We chose Rainbow inn for the price and then when we got there we loved the hotel, The staff were friendly and welcoming, The room was perfect for us and we walked straight out our door to the pool and spa area which is just so inviting. Our room was serviced everyday, the bed was so comfy and the hotel itself has a real tropical feel about it with... what people say » all the gardens and palm tree's. There was a bar and resturant directly across from our room also a bbq area if we wanted to cook our own food. Rainb - Was bit troubled by some of the reviews we read, but everything was fine. Good location and facilities.

The beach was spectacular. the resort had been recommended to me as convenient to Cairns and Port Douglas, and it was a very nice base for my 5 day visit to FNQ!   We stayed in Coral Tower from the 27th of November till the 2nd of December, 2013. On the arrival we were met by a friendly receptionist. She offered us a better view apartment for the reasonable amount and explained the highlights of the city. she also booked for us a trip to the Great berrier rief (good value for money). The pool area was excell... what people say » ent with the complimentary barbecue facilities on site (which we utilised on our last day of trip :)). The underground parking was also very handy. Th - Fabulous location! We enjoyed a 20 min walk to Muddy's playground. A wonderful playground for kids and nice cafe stop for Mum and Dad! It was a very pleasant 30 min stroll into the centre of Cairns. we had a warm welcome from Sandy and an unexpected upgrade. You won't regret booking to stay here. The apartment was clean, well equipped, very relaxing with a stunning view of the Esplanade. It is a wonderful choice if traveling with young children.

  Very pleased with our recent stay in the 4th floor family apartment. Great views from the balcony, close to so many facilities, very nicely presented, extremely clean, every thing we required was in the apartment. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends. - The owner, Annette, and her PA in the lobby were fantastic and... what people say » SO accommodating. The view from our balcony was stunning. Apartment was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. A two second walk to restaurants meant no drink/driving/taxi issues.
