Location - short walk to Esplanade, shops and station. Staff - very friendly and helpful in booking excursions and taxis - also in chasing up a late arriving tour bus. Service was friendly and assisting. Discounted meals at local establishment was great. situated in the center of Cairns, walking distance to most facilities. close enough to walk into cairns CBD, room seemed clean and comfortable enough except for the shower cubicle.
