I loved my stay at the northern greenhouse. I was warmly greeted in reception when i arrived. I stayed in a clean, spacious 6 bed dorm with a kitchenette, fridge and ensuite. The outdoor seating area was friendly and relaxed without a party atmosphere which is exactly what I was looking for. The hostel provides a free bbq 1 night a week and lots of free activities throughout the week. There was great mix of people, had I known what a positive experience it would be I would still be there now!.

Great location, clean, nice relaxed hostel, lots of couches in the communal area, spacious dorm rooms. Very helpful staff. Best hostel I've been in so far!. I liked the staff really helpful. Location was great as well 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms were okay have your own locker and has a shelf to charge your devices.Free wifi, have vending machine. Terraced area, comfy seating, pool table, free BBQ organised. Staff very helpful with bookings, transport, general questions. Swimming pool although I didn't have time to use it. Clean for a hostel, friendly staff and quiet enough for non drinkers to stay in. Would definitely stay again. Fridges with freezers available in the room. I liked everything. Friendly staff, nice dorms, good breakfast, free wi-fi, clean, cosy, location is perfect. Will recommend it to my friends for sure. Great central location. There is Free wi-fi service. Very nice common areas. wifi. Nothing!. just really hard to connect to internet but staff were really helpful about that issue. I found 6 in a room meant the bathroom became unclean. I had 5 Asians with me in the room. Friendly but not able to socialise. Bar didn't seem to be open at all. I only found it when needing the toilet. Breakfast didnt have any staff at it and therefore it got a bit gross. Dishes weren't well cleaned and the ground coffee was all coagulated. But just wash your dishes in the instant boiling water and byo coffee. -kitchen equipment too old. Two leaks The wi-fi not good enough. But it's not their fault, the Northern must use a telephonic connection. The speakers of the music in the living room are not good. Should have told guests to bring a lock for lockers. I have no complaints. But my friend who used girls room said that a lot of boys entered her room without permission. internet connection. Not much of a social scene, BUT, Gilligans is right next door!. Absolutely nothing, just a bit expensive but still alright. no single light for each bed. Rooms 6 dorms are uncomfortable. there is no lights for each bed, so the ones on the top have lamps right in front of face when they try to sleep. Mine even had air-conditioner right on the side...very annoying. Kitchen is very dirty...it's bad managed. Its noisy till late, as common areas are right in the middle of the hostel, with rooms around it.
