Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

  We liked the size of the bedroom. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location is gorgeous, a few minutes by walking from the CBD, a little bit more from South bank but there's a rental bikes station close to the hostel and it's very cheap so you don't have to take any transport if you want to visit the whole city. Marie - The hotel had fantastic friendly staff that went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome. Fantastic food, rooms were clean and well kept. Room had a beautiful view. Situated in the perfect spot for shopping, going to south bank, restaurants and public transport. Highly recommend staying there.

The apartment is really big and fully furnished with all ammeneties you can think of. Very good kitchen with all tools, nicely decorated livingroom. Comfy bed. Very good, free parking garage. Has a great coffee bar right next door and just a short stroll of 200 meters to the famous James street. Certainly will stay here again on my next visit to Brisbane.

  Room looked basic from decor perspective but had facilities over & above what I expected (tea & coffee, mini fridge, iron & board). Everything worked & room v v clean. Asked for "high & quiet" room which I got. Arrived an hour early & was offered alternative room as opposed to original room booked which wasn't quite ready. ... what people say » Reception staff v efficient & helpful, location was perfect. All in all v pleasant stay, have recommended to others already! - Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. - I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

  Professional service Friendly team members who were attentative and accommodating to guests needs Rooms were clean, contemporary and comfortable Perfect location - It is located right in the things. Easy walk to shops, the river and botanic gardens. THe staff could not be more helpful. Really liked the 11am check out.
