  I only needed a room for one night and it was as I expected for the price. It was convenient and comfortable without any big fuss. For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. It was only a short walk to the Spencer St bus depot to th... what people say » e airport so that was also convenient. - Very small but well equipped room with microwave, tv, fridge, toilet, shower, aircon, ironing board, place to put clothes, toaster and kettle. Did lack a dining table. I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get. Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect. The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.
