The first thing we did when we arrived was had some lunch at the bar/ restaurant . The waitress who served us was amazing ! It is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. Our superior 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Next to the river there is a lovely walk with a playpark for the children. It was pleasant to have a walk and look at the boats on the harbour. You wouldnt have known that you were right next to a highway as it is so quiet and relaxing. The children loved the swimming pool.

Almost all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They kept us a carpark just incase we needed it even though we didn't ask them to. The pool was excellent and the availabilty of bikes to hire made the city and its environs within a healthy reach. Exceptional hotel in Perth. We stayed here on a Saturday night and booked the deluxe 1 bedroom apartment. First impression when you enter the room is WOW!!! The price for a Saturday night was very affordable compared to other places that I looked at and they could not compare to the luxury that was on offer here. The staff were extremely friendly

It was fantastic, The room was amazing and the view was great too, they took my request of putting me onto a highfloor and i got the top floor wich was Perfect.The staff were friendly and were like ghosts they stayed out of your way but were there when you needed them, but they didnt go above and beyond i suppose. the layout was great of all floors and it really was a great hotel and ill definatley stay there again for special occasions, its definatley not a hotel to go to for no reason.

Allways a good stay in the Hyatt Perth, a well run hotel with great staff. The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.
