Hi Guys, I booked this Motel for my son and his partner as we often stay here and love the location and friendly staff, Our Kids just needed to get away as they have a baby due soon and what better place to stay than the Comfort Inn Bel Eyre Perth.

The rooms were clean and large with Foxtel.
Great room service on Sunday morning after midnight one of the best steak sandwiches I have ever eaten.
The conceirge staff were extremely helpful especially when getting taxis' on the Saturday night.

Allways a good stay in the Hyatt Perth, a well run hotel with great staff. The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

3 of us all Family Physicians were there for our FRACGP AKT exam for 1 week.
We requested for a 2 bedroom appartment but since it wasn't available they booked us in a 3 bedroom appartment for the same price.
A covered parking with access from inside ws a blessing since the weather was unpredictably raining every half an hour.

it is spacious, comfort bed and location is strategic near the city. we stayed at the Harwood Place one of Verandah apartment block. it is very quite place in the city . easy parking as they gave us one remote key for the garage no parking ticket in and out.. staff are very friendly and helpfull. i will be back again to this place on my next trip to Perth . :)

Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.
