The staff were very hospitable, the room facility was excellent, the sorrounding, the food selection all were really good . The most joyfull of it all was the beach and the beach facility. We enjoyed the setting of the hotel with very nice views. We had a sea view room but the view to the other side was also very good (pool, beach etc). Atlantis was one of the best hotels that we have ever booked. The hotel itself was magnificent and the facilities second to none. The staff were extremely helpful and we had a wonderful stay. In terms of value for money our room charge also included the water park, the aquarium and also day long snacks and drinks - which came in useful since we were there during Ramadan. We highly recommend it and would only stay there when we go back to Dubai

We arrived nearly 3 hours before check in, however, the staff were happy to accommodate us. We had lunch and receive a call from reception once our room was ready - nearly 2 hours before actual check in time. Staff were very friendly and went out their way to ensure our comfort. Room was stunning (Sea front view) - the finishes and attention to detail are excellent. We ate at the Manava restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was outstanding - one of the best selections I have experienced
