Calidez de la atención, calidad de las habitaciones e instalaciones - Hotel impresionante en todo, instalacones, personal,servicios, situación. Creo que es la mejor elección en dubai. Encima tiene la mejor vista ya que esta junto el hotel de la vela burj arab.

Everything, the hotel was great i have already booked my next stay. It will be perfect once all the food and beverage outlets are open, - The hotel was very well located, and facilities were very good. Was a very enjoyable stay.

Instalaciones amplias, playa muy buena - The staff were very hospitable, the room facility was excellent, the sorrounding, the food selection all were really good . I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. We arrived nearly 3 hours before check in, however, the staff were happy to accommodate us. We had lunch and receive a call from reception once our room was ready - nearly 2 hours before actual check in time. Staff were very friendly and went out their way to ensure our comfort. Room was stunning (Sea front view) - the finishes and attention to detail are excellent. We ate at the Manava restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was outstanding - one of the best selections I have experienced
