I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Locationwise the metro is just a short walk away, so everything accessible. It is close to Kievska Lavra, which is also a plus. WIFI

In summary - clean, well located, quiet and spacious. We arrived very early in the morning (6 am) and they allowed us in the room. Everybody from the staff was very kind. There was food and water in the fridge when we arrived, that was crucial since we were really tired and it was too early that shops weren't actually open. The room is like and 1 bedroom apartment. The location was great with the hotel situated in a park, buses ran along the street in front of the hotel and the metro underground was about a 15 minute walk away and is quite cheap & fast travel.

My room was of good size and serviced every day and for the price I don't think that one could -
The customer service in the hotel and dining room was great. The hotel is lovely and is surrounded by a park. There is a Metro stop very close by so sightseeing in down town is convenient. The value is superior because the hotel is not right down town but it is very convenient to it. The Metro is cheap and easy to use. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. When I arrived, there was a small mix up with the rooms but the staff were fantastic! They sorted everything out, they were very friendly, they gave me the room I expected which was very nicely decorated and in my view, the location is perfect to see and visit the sights of Kiev. 10 out of 10 to the staff! I will be staying here again! -

This was my first time in Kiev and I was looking for a small apartment to avoid the extortionate hotel charges in the city. KIevinn is certainly the answer. It is 5 minutes walk from the main Independence Square. Prior to arrival I arranged a pick up from the airport which was still waiting even though the flight was over an hour late.

Like most reviews, great location for access to the city, there are also
many hotel choices in the immediate vicinity, so I know I have many
choices on my next visit, although I will probably stay in this hotel
again, I had a 7 day stay in a suite with sauna,i never used the sauna,
so will not go for such a room again, as the city is very active with
many things to do, plenty of great restaurants in the area to, try the
black pig at the top on the street, great food.

Excellent location right in central Kiev with lots os shops and
restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staff. A hair dryer was
missing in our apartments, so when we rang them to tell, they brought a
new one straight away. We also enjoyed the mirrors in the bedroom, and
jacuzzi was cool, too. -

Luxury appartment for very small money. Everything is perfect, starting from location near the city center to interior and facilities provided. The room is very big, clean and has everything you need even for a long stay. It also has blackout curtains, which allows you to get rest whenever you need it. -

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, even letting us check in early after an overnight flight. The hotel is very clean and new. The room was very large and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. There was a good variety on the breakfast bar. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was so
friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I was traveling
with my small daughter. When we went for breakfast, they met up with a
high chair for our use - I did not have to ask. The location cannot be
beat. And, the cost was reasonable. We did not have to pay until we
checked out so I liked that too.
