We were highly satisfied with these apartments. As many others have mentioned before, rooms are fine (clean, spacious, with new furniture, massage shower bath, quick internet…), but the biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff, which is extremely kind and helpful (specially Vladimir). I am sure, that in the whole Kiev you will not find a better staff than VS apartments staff, so do not hesitate and book you room until it is too late..

Great spa/fitness area,
Very central location but the entrance is away from the crowds.
Very attentive staff : concierge arranged our evenings. The reception graciously allowed us a late check-out at no cost as our flight back home was very late in the evening.

Wery luxury and great service! Excellent restaurant (try a fish). English spoken personal, very friendly.
I ask for reservation of taxi for an airport (in the check out) mantionet Sky Taxy and they preper everything. It cost 120 grivnas (very cheap)! When I fly on the airport and findou taxydriver by myself it cost 300 grivnas!
Very friendly personal (not really smiling but very unhasitating. Excellent room cleaning service. Greath thing was the safe at the room and very comfortable bed.

My sister and I recently visited Kiev and stayed at the lovely City Hotel where we were made to feel very welcome with all our needs catered for. The staff ( all ) staff, were very welcoming polite friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the Matisse restaurant on the 15th floor provided a beautiful breakfast daily which we savored whilst enjoying the panoramic views of the city. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable great bed. The staff very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Most spoke excellent English. Breakfast is a Wow! big selection and very good. Barman was excellent for making Martini's.
