At first glance you would be forgiven for thinking the hotel has nothing of worth surrounding it. But it actually has a giant shopping complex next door, plenty of good restaurants, the metro station is very close and there is quite a large park a little further away. Hotel is excellent in everyway and the facilities include some very fine detail, which makes the accommodation extremely good. I travel extensively and the Cosmopolite must be one of the better hotels that I have stayed in over the last 25 years. Well Done !!

I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Locationwise the metro is just a short walk away, so everything accessible. It is close to Kievska Lavra, which is also a plus. WIFI

In summary - clean, well located, quiet and spacious. We arrived very early in the morning (6 am) and they allowed us in the room. Everybody from the staff was very kind. There was food and water in the fridge when we arrived, that was crucial since we were really tired and it was too early that shops weren't actually open. The room is like and 1 bedroom apartment. The location is perfect - close to many of Kiev places of interest. The apartment had everything we needed: very comfortable beds, nice and clean bathroom, kitchen corner equipped with all necesary things. There were even two TVs (one would be enough). Very good hotel,perfect service,very good location,very fast internet,big room ,good furnitured. are much bigger than the others. We paid 20 uah for WiFi for the whole

The location was great with the hotel situated in a park, buses ran along the street in front of the hotel and the metro underground was about a 15 minute walk away and is quite cheap & fast travel.

The customer service in the hotel and dining room was great. The hotel is lovely and is surrounded by a park. There is a Metro stop very close by so sightseeing in down town is convenient. When I arrived, there was a small mix up with the rooms but the staff were fantastic! They sorted everything out, they were very friendly, they gave me the room I expected which was very nicely decorated and in my view, the location is perfect to see and visit the sights of Kiev. 10 out of 10 to the staff! I will be staying here again! -

The staff made up of Vitaly, Lyudmila and Dmitriy were friendly, honest and professional. The apartment is situated on Independence Square and on the Khreshatik. Perfect location. The Khreshatik becomes pedestrian during the weekend and the mood is festive. Chique deco, clean, comfortable apartment. -

Everything. We stayed for one night, so haven't experienced a lot of usual stuff like cleaning or meal but room was pretty nice, clean and useful. All needed is there. Available parking, good location. One of the best one-night stand hotel in Kyiv for such price. -
