Owners are really engaging and very friendly. Cooked breakfasts are amazing and a real treat, it is essentially made to order while you enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. Location is great as well, just a short drive from Thetford forest where there are walking paths in the nearby arboretum. Also not far from Oxburgh -
as soon as I got there I was made to feel very welcome as Jean and Paul were excellant hosts and communicators. Facilities were very good and breakfast even better with a personal service. The location is an ideal location to relax, mix with local people not too far away and very clean establishment. Very good location for walkers and a rlaxing break for the peace and quite lifestyle. Very comfortable stay and ideal for a visit to the Houghton Hall exhibition which was our prime reason for choosing it, but also great for the lovely coast and countryside of Norfolk which we explored too. Friendly hosts and a good range of local eating places.

Everything provided and even more. Welcoming pot of tea and cake. Everything provided on drinks tray in room - a choice of teas, coffee, even hot chocolate. Biscuits are also provided and a dish of chocolates, all of which were replenished daily. A Nightcap of Sherry and a gift of chocolates when you leave. So comfortable, so clean, so friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional Value for money. We have certainly found a dream place to stay. Absolutely loved it.

We wanted somewhere cosy & central, when selecting a B&B for our visit to Cromer. Having very limited knowledge, we checked the reviews against availability & took a change with the Wellington House. "How we love it when a plan comes together". We cannot speak highly enough of Karen & Richard & their home Wellington House. Every aspect of our stay was as we would have wished & more. Stuart and Maria were lovely, made us feel really welcome. The breakfast service was outstanding (trying Stuart's low fat big breakfast is a must!) Everything was superb from the moment we arrived I.E. arranging the
private and secure parking through to the time we left. We especially
liked the close proximity to Norwich's shopping and town centre, the
castle / museaum, etc. Bed was very comfortable and lovely quite
room at back of hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the home
made cakes left in the room each day were delicious and a lovely change
from biscuits in a plastic wrapper. Highly reocmmended. We will
definitely be stay

I stayed with my girlfriend for a night at the sandcastle guest house and i loved every minute of it. The room we stayed in was absolutely superb it was so nice and clean and just a wonderful place to spend the night in.
We had a lovely en-suite which was fantastic and very nice and very clean.
The breakfast we got was again fantastic all the tea and coffee you wanted, all the juice you wanted, all the toast you wanted it was just ongoing which was fantastic.
I would defenetly without any doubt

It was a lovely old style building with similar atmosphere. If in the area again I would without doubt first check the availability to stay at St Judes B&B. Loved it.

The staff were a very friendly couple, very helpful, nothing was to much trouble, the hotel was very clean and the room was excellent value for money, the breakfast was inpecable, we had no trouble parking with the help of the staff and the sea front views were also excellent, we will definetely be visiting again later in the year, excellent value

We stayed in a very large room with sofa, TV, ensuite, fresh fruit, complimentary water... everything we could have wished for and more. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, with the emphasis on home made jams, fresh milk etc. Also very impressed by the recycling box by the waste bin in our room - a great idea! Good location, too.
