Everything about out stay was excellent, upon arrival we were met by the owner who was very friendly, the room was perfect for our needs, on the small side but this did not bother us as we didn't expect a mansion nor did we go to spend all day in the room, we had a tv with build in DVD, on suite, a kettle and refreshments and free wifi which was very quick, you could also borrow books or DVDs to use in your room, the bed was clean and very very soft, too soft for us as we prefere firm mattresse. όλα τα σχόλια »
I stayed with my girlfriend for a night at the sandcastle guest house and i loved every minute of it. The room we stayed in was absolutely superb it was so nice and clean and just a wonderful place to spend the night in.
We had a lovely en-suite which was fantastic and very nice and very clean.
The breakfast we got was again fantastic all the tea and coffee you wanted, all the juice you wanted, all the toast you wanted it was just ongoing which was fantastic.
I would defenetly without any doubt.
Owners were friendly
Breakfast was nice, parking is free we was given a parking permit to use and was able to park outside. The owners would come in on a daily basis to empty bins ,change cups and replace bottles of water . Decor was up to date ,bath towels and bedding were fresh the room was clean and tidy .
Our room had a en suite so we didn't have to share with other people with the single wc or toilet on the landing ,we wasn't given a time limit to b bk in by we could come and go as we ple.
The staff were friendly, chatty welcoming and helpful , the room was spacious very modern and clean, there was a good supply of tea and coffee in the room which was restocked on a daily basis. The breakfast was lovely and ample portion sizes in fact I had to ask for the child's breakfast because the adult portion was too much... The location was brilliant a few minutes walk onto the sea front and 5 minutes into the town centre , there was also adequate parking close by.
The hosts Jo and Dean were very helpful and friendly , they made us feel very welcome , our room was small but clean and comfortable , tea and coffee facilities were good , breakfast was of excellent quality with a good choice of cerial , cooked breakfast and toast with tea and coffee .All in all our stay here was very enjoyable and we would stay here again.
Had a warm welcome , good clean room with bathroom, excellent breakfast, had evening meal with pudding which was very nice and good value, and packed lunch which again was good value, room was cleaned and tea and coffee supplies renewed daily during my four day stay .Would make a point of staying again :-).
clean room with a good breakfast. Literaly a minute walk to the sea front which was brilliant. They also give you a permit for parking near the B and B so that wasn't extra. friendly staff. You can even have a packed lunch made for you for a small extra fee which was pretty good :).
We were made to feel very welcome, almost as if we were staying with friends. Nothing was too much trouble, and the guest house was very child friendly. Toys and fruit were provided in the room and our 3 year old had a lovely time. We cannot wait to stay here again.
We stayed at Sandcastles for 5 days & had a great time, Jo made us feel very welcome & was great with my young daughter making our stay perfect. The b&b was very clean & meals were lovely would love to come back again soon 10 out of 10 thanks :).
The couple who own Sandcastes were both helpful & friendly. Sandcastles is located 2 mins walk away from the beach & arcades, no more than 5 minutes walk away from the town centre & market. I would not hesitate to stay there again. 10 out of 10.
The staff were soo lovely! My son was ill and they were such a great help. They made us feel so at home an not a burden at all. Even at breakfast they gave my son toystorey bowl etc an bumber seat. Would definately recommend them to familys.

Staff were fantastic, went out of there way to help our stay as easy as possible with a 2 year old. Very accomodating. Breakfast was amazing. Would definately book here again despite the negatives as they were manageable.
Joanne and her husband were very friendly always had a smile on there face . The hotel was very clean and tidy and only a stones throw away from the beach . Would stay there again lovely break for us and 2 young kids.
The owners were super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and situated close to everything.The guide books in the room were very helpful. The breakfast was nice and good value.

the rooms were very comfortable, the facilities were more than adequate, I particularly liked the tea and coffee in the room, it was replenished each day, and the breakfast was excellent! with lots of choices.

Instead of the bed being a double it was a 3/4 double which wasnt explained on the booking form, hard nights sleep.
I think check out time at 10 is just a bit early, I think it should be 11 or half 11.
