  To προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό και η καθαριότητα σε επίπεδα ξενοδοχείου 5 αστέρων - We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, everything was first class. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, the staff very friendly and accomodating. The food in the restaurant delicious, the pool and sauna a real bonus. We will definately go back, and will be recommending it to all of our friends and family - We were having a weekend break visiting Fort William and Oban, have been to hotel before and can't fault the hotel or location, fantastic on all counts, friendly attentive staff, comfortable room, stunning view and excellent food and we will be back next year.

  The hotel was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with a great staff. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend it. - kids just loved the leisure club, couldn't keep them out of the water and the jacuzzi and steam bath were an added luxury.

  Lovely friendly service and fantastic food in the fine dining restaurant. It finds the balance between luxury and comfort really nicely. Not too posh, but very polished and welcoming. We were able to unwind and had a very relaxing stay. It was nice to see families in the hotel and we liked the family friendly atmosphere. The menu was varied, the food healthy and beautifully presented and the room was spacious. The double bed was also a good size and very comfortable.   Dont judge the hotel from the outside which looks tired and dated once inside you are in for a pleasant suprise.
