The staff were friendly, informative and helpful, they accommodated myfussy diet. The hotel is literally only 5 minutes from Ascot races! - Friendly staff. Big and well decorated bedroom. Modern bathroom. Lovely gardens. Relaxed atmostphere.

I stayed with my husband & 2 children (6 yrs & 2 1/2 yrs old). The staff were amazing, so friendly & they couldn't do enough to help. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
The rooms were clean, tidy & well presented, everything worked!
Carpark had plenty of spaces, food was excellent, breakfast highly recommended, plenty variety for everyone. I will definitely be staying there again :-D

We were so impressed with this hotel.
Staff really were so efficient and friendly.
The room was slept 4 which was great for us and was the same price as a double.
Very accommodating when we changed our mind about breakfast.
Comfy beds and the room was actually quiet all night!

All of the staff apart from the receptionist were most helpful and were happy to help in any way possible. The hotel it's is in a difficult place but the Premier Inn in Reading central work well as a team and allowed me to put my suitcase in the storage area while I waiting for my train.

Clean, comfortable and up to date decor. First stay in a family room since our 10 week old baby was born and it worked perfectly! Also left my phone in the room by mistake, spent the whole day at legoland before I realised it was missing. Called reception and house keeping had found the phone and we were able to pick it up on the way home. Honest,

Location ideal for visiting Windsor. Clean tidy rooms/hotel good facilities. Lovely staff. location of onsite Brewers Fayre for food etc is good value for money, family friendly and lovely staff- food excellent value good choice for breakfast and always topped up regularly, and dinner excellent too. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

The staff at Reading South were fantastic and there was nothing that was too much trouble for them. Their local knowledge was second to none, with always a friendly smile which made you wish you could stay longer.

Very clean. Great food at the Beefeaters Restaurant. Great starting location for roadtrip through the country-side to eg. Stonehenge, Beachy Head etc. Very clean and comfortable. -

We could store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Staff
member was helpful with directions, providing a map and helping us find
somewhere for dinner. Hotel room was clean and facilities good. Nice hot

For a small hotel, it provided all I required for an overnight stay while attending a private function elsewhere. The room and facilities were really good, modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate for the very keen on-line price. Overnight car parking charge of £5 was agreeable in the light of other some hotel's rip-off prices!

It was exceptionally easy from beginning to end with regards to the booking and the room which was perfect - the massive clean white towels, dressing gown and sheets are exactly what we needed after a days cycling - courtesy and efficiency of staff. The location was lovely. Beautiful grounds. We really liked the bedrooms being in a separate area and having our own front door to enter our bedroom- very nice outlook from our front window -overlooking a green field and lake.- so no corridor noise like a usual hotel. Excellent bedrooms with en suite. We would certainly recommend Donnington Grove

The stay was fabulous. Chai was incredible. He ran around and answered to all our family orientated needs.
The hotel was busy, but not loud in the slightest - a feat considering there were back to back weddings, golfing guests and lots of young families.
Breakfast was great. Good value too.
Would definitely stay again.
