Pretty much everything. The place is very welcoming with excellent
service from the staff. The room was airy and light, modern but in an

Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

Excellent dinner and lunch. The food was piping hot, which was much appreciated and the lunch menu was adjusted to meet our personal choices and was all we could wish for. We met some Canadian cousins for the first time and it was a wonderful spot to meet up for lunch on the side of the Thames with them. After a full day at Legoland (30mins away) we checked in late evening, check in was quick, receptionist very friendly. Our family room, double bed and bed settee which was all set up ready to use. Air conditioning in room. Choice of firm or soft pillows. Free spacious car park underneath hotel. Hotel was spotless. We used swimming pool in morning,

Well located for our visits to Legoland and Beale Park.
Good facilities for the price we paid - leisure club, large TV, comfortable room, good shower, etc. Breakfast cost was discounted (and free for children), so total cost was less than expected from the letsbookhotel.com website. -
Commuting distance to London and Heathrow is great. We had a disability suite easy to reach by lift found to be roomy and very clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Plenty of car parking a big plus. Easy distance to Windsor and pleasant drive to Bath for a days outing.

This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. The room was lovely and the bar/ restaurant set up was really good. We had a very good restaurant team leader both nights (she was Polish but we didn't catch her name) who was lovely to deal with and also remembered our room number / name the second night without prompting. - We booked the executive room.

The breakfast was delicious, a good selection of foods. I thought it was a overpriced. My partner only wanted a crossiants and coffee and had to pay the same price as me who dined on a delicious full english breakfast. There should be different prices for the breakfast. - Excellent value for money as i made a late internet booking and got a very go

The hotel was CLASSY with a capital C, great design, layout 7 level of clenliness. Have travelled the world a great deal and this would rate as in my top five! - They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use).

At no extra charge, we were given one of the very view rooms with a balcony overlooking the Thames. It was wonderful! The hotel, itself, is perfectly situated for everything you could want to do in Windsor and Eton. I would certainly stay there again. - Staff most helpful - we were offered a choice of room. Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. The pool and the saunas were very nice, too, after a long day of walking around in London. We would recommend this hotel any
