We were so impressed with this hotel.
Staff really were so efficient and friendly.
The room was slept 4 which was great for us and was the same price as a double.
Very accommodating when we changed our mind about breakfast.
Comfy beds and the room was actually quiet all night!
Plenty of parking.
Really good value, nice quick breakfast,
Tvs in the room
Tea and coffeee in the room.
All of the staff apart from the receptionist were most helpful and were happy to help in any way possible. The hotel it's is in a difficult place but the Premier Inn in Reading central work well as a team and allowed me to put my suitcase in the storage area while I waiting for my train.όλα τα σχόλια »
the staff were so polite and friendly the rooms were clean and comfortable with good amenities such as great shower wall mounted TV, tea and coffee available. The breakfast was outstanding with every option and dietary need covered.
Without sounding corny - it was just like the advert on TV! The receptionists were booking in some 'challenging' guests & were polite & courteous, as was the night receptionist. Room was clean & comfortable.
Excellent staff, very helpful. Especially at the reception we would like to mention Italian Alyssia and Toti at the breakfast were *****! But all the other staff was excellent too. Thank you all for a fab stay!.
The rooms are clean & modern & have everything you need for a
stopover. I was also impressed by the bathroom / wc door. ( if
you've stayed at an updated inn you'll know what I mean ).
Perfect location to visit Reading. Hotel was as nice and convenient as
advertise. No surprises :). close to shopping and also a nice area to
walk around along the river.

The Friendliness Of The Staff, The Attention To Detail, Very Clean And The Home Away From Home Atmosphere. Well Well Done To Each And Everyone...
The rooms were very tidy and the 40" LED Tv's were a welcome change. Staff friendly and a nice choice of breakfast in the morning.
Comfy bed, friendly and welcoming staff, great TV set up, good room layout /furnishings, very clean. Great value for money!.

Staff were VERY good.
really nice place.
The man who checked us in was very helpful and gave us plenty of
information. If it wasnt for this I would probably give negative
feedback.
Proximity to the river.
Comfortable bed.
clever use of space with the bathroom door.
Staff helpfull and happy. Breakfast food and staff. Brilliant.
Good nights sleep guarantee.
Convienient - I used to stay here a long time ago when it used to be the Holiday Inn Express. Good location.
Breakfast was good.
Good location.
Nice location.
Pleasant receptionist.
??
One of the corridors had a slight cigarette smell although it was all supposed to be no-smoking.
The receptionist when I arrived was not hygienic, smelt of BO and very greasy long hair. Was rude and just a bad image for the hotel as the receptionist is the first person that you meet, they are the face of the hotel and this man was just not acceptable.
the bed was a little small as my husband is 6ft 5" so his feet hung off the end.
Not enough tea bags/coffee in room. Biscuits would have been a nice extra touch.
Being awoken by the fire alarm ( false by the way ) at 5.45
Sunday morning.
None. It was great.
Can't think of anything.
Breakfast was a little expensive at £8.25, but couldn't say if the quality was worthy of the price or not as we used the Toby Carvery (next door) for breakfast at £3.99 and that was excellent.
Perhaps The Lack Of OnSite Facility For Dinner Or Snacks In The Actual Hotel Itself.
None.
Nothing!.
Nothing - it was ideal for a one night stay.
Only a shower in the family room which meant we couldn't bath our son. Usually that wouldn't bother us as a couple just because we needed a bath for a baby.
Nothing that was cause for concern or comment.
The room we booked was a triple, however it was much smaller than it appeared on the website.
Slight noise from corridor, minimal disruption.
Duvets!! They are too hot. Would suggest cotton blankets as a choice for all.
nothing.
The supply of coffee and tea in the room was a touch mean! I was in my
room for several hours on the day of my arrival and the following
morning and another couple of coffees / milk would have made a
difference.
Bed a bit too firm for my taste.
We were satisfied!.
Fire alarm at 6.30am Sunday morning!! Sack the bacon chef!! :-))).
The pub next door only did carvery food no choice tou had to travel to get food elsewhere.
Pub next door closed at 21.30.
Too hot due to poor ventilation. Stupid policy to only allow windows to open 1 inch.
The room was quite cramped although booked a family room couldnt hardly
get around the beds - there was no hot water in the morning for showers
or to wash when reported we were told that the boiler had been re-set as
we were rushing off we were not able to hang around for the water to
warm up so therefore couldnt shower which was a nightmare this was
definatley a big disappointment. The breakfast was terrible poached eggs
were freezing and hard.
Though we did book the room with the option as being a family room, it just wasn't fit to be a family room, couldn't accomodate beds and luggage.
30mins free wi-fi is useless, you can get it all the time in McDonalds! TV in bedroom did not have a "sleep timer" option.
Room. Three beds crammed in kids beds uncomfortable resulting in them getting in with us.
Being woken in the early hours of the morning by binmen right outside my window
Having to pay for internet.
It's looking very tired & could do with a refurb.
No hot water available in the morning;
One of the matresses on the kids beds was very thin making the bed uncomfortable;
The room lock failed, leaving us 'hovering' outside our room in the corridor for more that 30 minutes whilst reception and housekeeping tried to remedy, delaying our departure.
The wrong room type was booked on confirmation from Reception. So my
partner had to sleep on the floor both nights!! Breakfast very very bad
and no way worth £8.25 and it was cold!! We were at far end floor 2 with
my disabled father. Lift was right down other end. No ventilation in our
room at all (228) as window catch broken so window was locked. And there
was a broken wall socket with exposed wires. We would not stay with you
again. And I am in the hotel business. Very disappointing indeed.
I didn't like the breakfast really. I prefer buffet style, like the premier central.
Cost
Wait at breakfast
Poor bathroom facilities.
