Staff were excellent, very obliging. Breakfast in the room was included in the price, enough to feed about four people - excellent value for money. They also kindly allowed us to check out at 2pm. The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The rates were very fair for the area. -

It is obviously being redecorated as I could smell fresh paint.

my reservation was changed to the Jurys Inn due to a problem at the Quality Hotel They paid the additional money which was great - rather than leaving us stranded. - convenient for hospital appointment and shops. staff were very nice, nothing was a bother to them especially the handy man

The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with
the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a
deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although
we both prefer a bath the shower was excellent. We liked the cocktail

Glasgow Grand Central Hotel when I return to this wonderful
city…especially since I travel by train. How convenient…the hotel is

This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

The rooms were of a luxurious standard and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was amazing and the plates and food were piping hot. The 2 nights spent at Blythswood was enjoyable from the moment we entered the door into the foyer, due to the ambience and the reception received from the staff on duty. The rooms are very comfortable; the breakfast was exceptional - a very thoughtful array of fruits, cereals, etc - even honeycombe (what a treat) and the hot food was well cooked

I've stayed here several times and love it! From classy sours, daisies and cocktails in the bar, to the whisky complemented porridge and divine haddock & poached eggs for breakfast, there's nothing to fault at Blythswood. Staff can't do enough for you and embody the friendliness and humor that make Glasgow Glasgow. The spa is amazing and free evenings and mornings for guests. we were treated brilliantly from check in to checkout by the same member of staff who also served breakfast .Chris was very helpfull when we first arrived showing us all the places we were wanting to visit on a map which invaluable to us.He showed interest in us and at breakfast he asked how we had enjoyed our night .He was very good his job and

Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

very close to the city centre,close to theatre and concert venues,also reception got us tickets face value for concert,also left phone charger but was sent to us with no fuss excellent service - This overnight stay was a gift for Anniversary for relatives. They were extremely happy with the hotel and the facilities.
