The breakfast was excellent, we throughly enjoyed our stay, and I have already reccommended the hotel to my friends and family.

Staff were excellent, very obliging. Breakfast in the room was included in the price, enough to feed about four people - excellent value for money. They also kindly allowed us to check out at 2pm. The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The rates were very fair for the area. -

It is obviously being redecorated as I could smell fresh paint.

It is an apartment with excellent view and good place which is very convenient to anywhere in glasgow. It's nearby the rail station, subway, and shopping mall. -

my reservation was changed to the Jurys Inn due to a problem at the Quality Hotel They paid the additional money which was great - rather than leaving us stranded. - convenient for hospital appointment and shops. staff were very nice, nothing was a bother to them especially the handy man

the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a

The apartments were excellent, centrally located, nice big rooms with en-suite, central heating. Would be excelent for a weekend self-catering break as full kitchen facilities!! This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

The apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped. the location is excellent close to many attractions and city center.

the hotel was very comfortable and was handy for what we were there for . We were going to the theatre and a meal the hotel was vey handy for this. It was really clean and the room was very spacious, I would stay there again no problem. - very efficient booking in procedure and friendly staff. nice clean room and good breakfast in the morning

Great location, suited us as we were on a business trip and being so near the train station meant we could get to all our meetings. We were a bit worried when we booked it for two reasons.
