Great location. We only had a short stay in Glasgow unfortunately (1
night), but this hotel was one of the most comfortable we stayed in
during our two-week trip through the uk. A very pleasant and friendly
staff member greeted us on arrival and assisted us with the automated
check-in process. We were very happy with the room - quiet, comfortable,
clean and spacious, with a great view across Glasgow from the 14th
floor. Excellent sound insulation - very solid.

The arrangement of the room was lovely. And, our room service dinner was spectacular. Equally, I held a meeting in the bar area and all worked to complete satisfaction. I would recemmond this hotel to anyone. Additionally, the close proximity to city center, the Queen's St station ( my arrival point) and Central Station (my departure point) work

Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. This feels very much like a hotel from the right decade. It's very
modern, lots of design thoughts, rooms are small (container-sized, not a
coincidence) but they feel a lot bigger than they are due to the very
good design.
Rooms have music, mood lightning, lightning, blinds controlled by a remote. This is great fun for us that like new technology.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, check-in and check-out procedures are innvoative, yet very easy, the hotel itself is a design-masterpiece, the same goes to the rooms. we were treated brilliantly from check in to checkout by the same member of staff who also served breakfast .Chris was very helpfull when we first arrived showing us all the places we were wanting to visit on a map which invaluable to us.He showed interest in us and at breakfast he asked how we had enjoyed our night .He was very good his job and

Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

Everyone very helpful. Restaurant and staff superb. Could I suggest that "crisps or savouries" are available to purchase in Bar area.
