The Junior Suite was immaculate and very well set out. We had a turret in our room and i especially liked the small table and 2 chairs situated in it so that you can be cosy and have a good view of the gardens and beyond. The staff could not be have been nicer. - I was only there for one night arriving in the evening and then off in the morning so didn't get enough time to spend using the hotel facilities. However the new conservatory and food there was good value and comfortable. The newly refurbished room(s) are tastefully done and facilities excellent.

When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11

Although the rooms were just a tad tired they were very clean and the beds were comfy.The breakfast was marvellous and plenty to choose from.Wouldn't go hungry here. Very pleasant and helpful staff.Ideal location for travelling.2 mins from the motorway by car .Local bus stop just across the road and regular service.Just ten minutes to town centre.

1.Hotel very convenient for buses into both Glasgow and Paisley.
2. Parking free, and we were allowed to leave car in car park until mid-afternoon after checking out.
3. Room small but comfortable, and equipped with hairdryer and iron+ironing board.
4. Hot, powerful shower - although no bath.
5. Lots of big mirrors.
6. Good selection of hot choices on breakfast buffet counter.

From my first moment in the hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked what the occasion was and I told them it was my husbands birthday. The beds were super king size, this was fantastic. The whole hotel was spotless, and the location was fantastic as we had tickets for the SECC. Breakfast was lovely too. - Hotel was in excellent position for SECC. The breakfast was very filling with lots of choice and dining room was light bright and airy. Would definately return.

The manager, John, cares greatly about people living there and has a great sense of humour. It was great chatting with him and getting more to know about Scotland in general. With his customer-first mindset, he has made the stay really enjoyable because breakfast is personalized to one's taste. The room is also really neat and clean even though it was not really big. Nice bathroom and all. All in all, staying in Onslow Guest House is a good highlight of my trip after staying in larger accommoda

I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs.
The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave.
As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay.
Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine.

A delightful hotel serviced by very friendly and efficient staff giving the impression of a family run establishment. I was particularly impressed to find the heating was left on over night, and not turned off as is so often the case in some hotels.
