Staff were excellent, very obliging. Breakfast in the room was included in the price, enough to feed about four people - excellent value for money. They also kindly allowed us to check out at 2pm. The room had been recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. It was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. I was very impressed by the decor and layout of the room. The hotel's location was very central and the shopping centre was a stone's throw away. The room was of a very high standard and the stay was very pleasant. We are planning another visit to the thistle again in january. I would Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking fro somewhere central, comfortable and high class.

Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. very close to the city centre,close to theatre and concert venues,also reception got us tickets face value for concert,also left phone charger but was sent to us with no fuss excellent service - This overnight stay was a gift for Anniversary for relatives. They were extremely happy with the hotel and the facilities.

The rooms were of a luxurious standard and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was amazing and the plates and food were piping hot.
