The hotel's location was very central and the shopping centre was a stone's throw away. The room was of a very high standard and the stay was very pleasant. We are planning another visit to the thistle again in january. I would Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking fro somewhere central, comfortable and high class.

The location of the apartment is excellent with Fantastic City views. I particularly liked the friendly welcome by Gerry. Spotless cleaning of bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms. Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. Very warm welcome when we arrived and offered to help with our luggage. We had booked the 2bedroom apartment which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a 4month old baby with us and this was an ideal apartment for us. We were also happy with the extras when we arrived- washing up liquid, cloths, dishtowels, toiletries etc.

We loved the beautiful high ceiling with bay window apartment amongst beautiful homes in a great location in Glasgow. The kitchen was all we needed and the B/R facilities excellent. Easy bus service to the city and because we were usually exhausted by the end of the day we would get a taxi back from the city for about 9 pounds. Lovely local shops as well.

This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

It was an excellent hotel with good facilities. It is ideal for all types of travellers. good walking distance to the city centre. the room was well presented and of a good size. - The layout of the room and facilities contained within it , ie tv , dvd and cd player. The faciltiy of obtaining loaned dvd's fromt he reception was also a good idea.

The large spacious rooms were an immediate visual impact. This was reflected in the furniture and soft well defined fabrics. The opulance of the bathroom was also an eye grabber. Central location and friendly staff. I was also accompanied by my elderly Mother. We arrived slightly early but were welcomed by a friendly lady at reception and allowed to check in. The location is excellent as it is situated directly in the city centre.
The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great layout
and fantastic city view. There is also good accessibility with the lifts
present in the building. The apartment is well equipped with all the
necessary appliances. It was excellent that free luggage storage was
available on checkout for a few hours.

The apartments were excellent, centrally located, nice big rooms with en-suite, central heating. Would be excelent for a weekend self-catering break as full kitchen facilities!!
