Great location. We only had a short stay in Glasgow unfortunately (1
night), but this hotel was one of the most comfortable we stayed in
during our two-week trip through the uk. A very pleasant and friendly
staff member greeted us on arrival and assisted us with the automated
check-in process. We were very happy with the room - quiet, comfortable,
clean and spacious, with a great view across Glasgow from the 14th
floor. Excellent sound insulation - very solid.

When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11

Staff were very friendly. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. I had a great sleep, no noise at all and I could see the motorway but didn't hear the traffic, not that there's a lot overnight anyway.

Reception staff were very welcoming, thrilled at Hotel having a minibus service to the concert we were attending, room was very comfortable and clean, slept very well and I don't usually on a first night. The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The rates were very fair for the area. -

The beds were super king size, this was fantastic. The whole hotel was spotless, and the location was fantastic as we had tickets for the SECC. Breakfast was lovely too. - Hotel was in excellent position for SECC. The breakfast was very filling with lots of choice and dining room was light bright and airy. Would definately return.

we found the hotel staff really friendly and catered to all our needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent the central location of the hotel let us wander around glasgow city centre with ease on our departure we were able to leave our luggage with reception until our taxi took us to the airport we will definitely be using this hotel again - We check

The hotel is dated, but in a very authentic, cultural type of way. We had the executive suit (Lamond) which we were surprised at in its size, comfort and cleanliness.
