Our host, Gail & Peter, were very welcoming and helpful with maps, pointing out places of interest to visit, access to the different transportation. The food was excellent, with home made breads, fresh fruit. Gail & Peter made us feel at home in their home, were very interesting to visit with. We would definitely recommend their B&B

The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area. The hotel made you feel at home, had a very enjoyable stay. Even thou we were only there for two nights we felt that we had had a very relaxing time and felt very refreshed. - The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were of a very good size. We loved the feeling of grandeur and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

This B&B was wonderful. The staff were warm and welcoming, and happy to answer questions. After a day of travel, it was nice to come into the room where an assortment of organic teas and coffees and a fresh apple were waiting for me. The bathroom was clean and the shower was wonderful. Fruit and water in the room was a nice touch.
Housekeeping was always great with attention to small details.
Wifi was free, had a good, strong, fast connection.
The TV decided to go faulty late evening on the first night. Not a problem these things happen, but staff were really helpful and it was promptly replaced with a brand new one. :)
Overall very pleased, would recommend to others, and will definitely stay again

Great rooms we had three rooms the penthouse, sea view and a double without a view,
Lovely friendly staff so helpful best staff I've met at a hotel in a long time!
Fab location close to everything the pier, restaurants and nightlife!

The owners were so friendly and let us bring our dog with us too. They could not have been more accommodating. With such an ideal location (minutes walk from the seafront and the shops!) delicious breakfast cooked to order I will definitely be staying at Leona House again! - felt very welcomed and at ease. The receptionist ( dark hair , European) who checked us in and out was a great advert for the hotel , professional and very friendly , nothing was too much trouble for her .
