The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area. We chose this hotel because it had parking facilities and for its brilliant location. We were delighted with our choice in every respect. The restaurant was also excellent if rather expensive.

Stayed at the Umi Brighton for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice breakfast which was included in the excellent rate. Will definitely stay again. - Can't fault a single thing had an absolutely fantastic stay far tooshort could have stayed there for longer than our 2 night stay, the roomwas decorated in old world charm complete with 4 poster bed and jacuzzi,staff and service was really excellent, would stay there again anytime.

The staff were friendly from the minute we stepped in to the minute we left They are also very helpful giving us directions and infomation on the area. Great atmosphere at hotel. Staff were so so helpful and polite. Good location. Bar area very relaxing. All in all a very relaxing hotel. Breakfast was served up hot as it should be.
