hotel spotless, rooms had more than everything you needed, food delicious and plentiful, staff very helpful, price very cheap for what you got. overall a very nice hotel and highly recommended for staying in very close proximity to Gatwick Airport/Railway - Everything was great.Cole to airport and bus service,even at night.Room spacious and so cosy

Very close to the airport and so convenient - walking distance. I felt safe landing alone very late at night and saved on taxi/mini bus expenses. Breakfast in bed early in the morning on day of departure at no further expense. Fabulous cooked breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. - so close for gatwick airport wihout getting wet

This was the best hotek we have visited in tis country. Reception prompt, and very helpful, the room was clean, very comfortable and well equipped and the hotel had excellent facilities. Location of the Hotel. Close to town but out from the city. Nice way to relax before the flight home.
The Six Bells pub around the corner is a great place to socialize and have a bite to eat.
Nice getting a drive to and from the Gatwick Airport. Would stay here again. Good cooked breakfast in the am; plenty to chose from.

The single room was small but comfortable.
Plumbing was good.
Breakfasts good too.
Short walk to the 6 Bells Pub but a bit scary walking home through the graveyard after 2 pints, a bottle of wine and an Irish Coffee.

Quite, Clean and breakfast was in cluded into the price. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were 10 of us; grandparents, parents and children; going to Lapland for the day. We were made very welcome on arrival, had a lovely meal and, thankfully, got out of bed with our early calls. All dealings with the staff, before and during our stay, were friendly and excellent. Staying at the hotel made getting to the airport much easier

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our evening meal in the Restaurant. Flew down from Scotland and stayed at Hotel before leaving Gatwick for Barbados the following morning. Had a very good night's sleep and felt relaxed before travelling. The complementary shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Have used the Hotel for this purpose before and will use again in future. Would recommend this Hotel

the attendent came right to the door when I knocked, he knew I had a reservation, he helped me carry my luggage up the stairs, he explained the breakfast, everything went according to plan. I love this hotel and the owners and staff they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will be back there soon. I prefer to stay here then in London. With a great pub near by with great food. I left my teddy bear there and the kept him for me (yes I said Teddy bear) on my way back with a short pause between airports the brought him to me and would not take any money for the delivery now thats family. They have a good pick up and deli

The staff were so helpful and friendly. They called for a taxi to pick us up for our plane the next day before we could ask. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location. We saw many deer, rabbits and horses. You can hear the planes but this is a great place to be near the airport. - all good,very peaceful and calm even with planes flying overhea

Staff were very helpful, we had to cancel our table booking in restaurant, staff were very pleasant in the circumstances. Waterfall at entrance very impressive! - Very nice hotel, 2 restaurants, one pub, nice staff, avis rental in the lobby, a little shop where you can buy a few things. Very nice !

There was nothing we didn't like; except having to leave!! It was the 'launch pad' for our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint. We had a wonderful overnight stay, and in fact I have recommended it to a friend who has since been on your website, with a view to making a booking himself in the near future! As we were a family group of ten, (six adults and four children) they accommodated our needs very well. We stayed the evening before our flight out for a holiday, parking three cars for 17 days. The standard of food and choice for both adults and children in the restaurant for dinner was very good. - Excellent value for money. The meal in the rest

the swans and geese outside in the little lake. the beautiful decor and warm friendly, cozy and luxurious feel to the place. also it has a regular bus service right at the entrance that takes you to the airport. great place!! if you're looking for somewhere near gatwick.. you wont get any better than the copthorne.. serriously :) - I stay regularly
