Stayed for 3 nights, great location for family event in Crawley. Staff
were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.
There was a pull down bed for my daughter. Beds were big and comfortable
and I asked for a room at the rear incase there was noise from the road.

We stayed here for a few hours before getting a 4am lift to Gatwick airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shuttle bus service is excellent. £3 each way from the airport to the hotel. There is a very good restaurant at the nearby Premier Inn which is 5 mins walk away if you don't want to eat at the Ibis, we had very good steaks there.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Manor Royal, Gatwick, Premier Inn. This was our first night in a Premier Inn and based on this we will certainly consider others in the chain in the future.
It had a number of positives - even more striking given the excellent value price we paid to stay. These included:

It is a real hotel, and it rescued our holiday in London! There were quiet room, clean carpet and bedding, nice staffs... We felt we were very welcomed at this hotel. Moreover, it is budget-friendly as compared to others. If we had known it earlier, we would choose to stay here and travel to the city everyday rather than staying in the downtown.

For a 3* hotel at the airport with a wide turnover of traffic, was very impressed. Check-in staff very helpful in finding me a quiet room as I have problem sleeping. This hotel is perfectly located directly outside the North Terminal
entrance nearby to the South Terminal shuttle which connects to the
train into London, It is also close by bus services into nearby Crawley.
We stayed here for one night either side of our holiday out of Gatwick and both stays were pleasant with clean rooms including a comfortable bed. The rooms were quiet with no outside noise or disturbance in the corridors. Check-in was swift using the check in computer terminals with staff

As always, we enjoyed the proximity to Gatwick, the quality of service and the ambience. I would also mark out the honesty and helpfulness of the housekeeping staff, who looked after a gold ring I left behind inadvertently at the hotel at the end of my stay. - The Sofitel London Gatwick was highly recommended by friends of ours who use it when the

The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was very good and the service was first class. The only point was that our room was quite a distance from the front door and as my husband was a smoker, he had quite a long way to go for a smoke. I would most certainly use this hotel when travelling again. -

It was good to have the seperate bar area where we could relax and read a paper after a long flight and the little library was a great idea too.

hotel spotless, rooms had more than everything you needed, food delicious and plentiful, staff very helpful, price very cheap for what you got. overall a very nice hotel and highly recommended for staying in very close proximity to Gatwick Airport/Railway - Everything was great.Cole to airport and bus service,even at night.Room spacious and so cosy

Very close to the airport and so convenient - walking distance. I felt safe landing alone very late at night and saved on taxi/mini bus expenses. Breakfast in bed early in the morning on day of departure at no further expense. Fabulous cooked breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. - so close for gatwick airport wihout getting wet

This was the best hotek we have visited in tis country. Reception prompt, and very helpful, the room was clean, very comfortable and well equipped and the hotel had excellent facilities. It was very reasonably priced, especially considering everything that was included. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport. The bathroom was exceptionally clean

There were 10 of us; grandparents, parents and children; going to Lapland for the day. We were made very welcome on arrival, had a lovely meal and, thankfully, got out of bed with our early calls. All dealings with the staff, before and during our stay, were friendly and excellent. Staying at the hotel made getting to the airport much easier

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our evening meal in the Restaurant. Flew down from Scotland and stayed at Hotel before leaving Gatwick for Barbados the following morning. Had a very good night's sleep and felt relaxed before travelling. The complementary shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Have used the Hotel for this purpose before and will use again in future. Would recommend this Hotel

Travelled with my mum she loved her little holiday we were particularly
impressed with the breakfast and our second room, sofa bed didn't
work in the first, was clean tidy and the bathroom was stunning the duty

Staff were very helpful, we had to cancel our table booking in restaurant, staff were very pleasant in the circumstances. Waterfall at entrance very impressive! - Very nice hotel, 2 restaurants, one pub, nice staff, avis rental in the lobby, a little shop where you can buy a few things. Very nice !
