The staff were excellent at the hotel. After being very confused and taken to the other Premier Inn where the staff did not have a clue how we could get to the other hotel as they said they did not have a shuttle the staff att he hotel I had booked difused the situation and granted us free shuttle service for the next day. I would stay there again
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » without hesitation. - My husband was admitted to hospital and we were unable to continue our holiday. The head housekeeper took me to the hospital and offered to pick me up. They were just fantastic. I was able to stay for a second night without any problem abnd as I was unsure when my husband would be out of hospital they were happy to keep the room open for me.

Absolutely loved it from the minute I turned off the main road, to find
a Premier Inn tucked away in woodland so close to Gatwick Airport was a
surprise. Spent three days and received a friendly welcome from staff
who were always willing to help in whatever matter. My room was quiet
and the usual Premier Inn high standard. Surroundings lovely and

which itself was full of character. Will stay again. -
Excellent! Extremely friendly, helpful and curteous staff. Very clean and well decorated rooms, with good bathroom facilites. Comfortable beds and in a very peaceful area considering its so close to the airport. Great restaurant facilities and lovely garden to sit in. Loved that it was set in the grounds of 14th Century manor house. Free parking too!

It was a pleasure to stay at the Manor Royal, Gatwick, Premier Inn. This was our first night in a Premier Inn and based on this we will certainly consider others in the chain in the future.
It had a number of positives - even more striking given the excellent value price we paid to stay. These included:

It is a real hotel, and it rescued our holiday in London! There were quiet room, clean carpet and bedding, nice staffs... We felt we were very welcomed at this hotel. Moreover, it is budget-friendly as compared to others. If we had known it earlier, we would choose to stay here and travel to the city everyday rather than staying in the downtown.

For a 3* hotel at the airport with a wide turnover of traffic, was very impressed. Check-in staff very helpful in finding me a quiet room as I have problem sleeping. This hotel is perfectly located directly outside the North Terminal
entrance nearby to the South Terminal shuttle which connects to the
train into London, It is also close by bus services into nearby Crawley.
We stayed here for one night either side of our holiday out of Gatwick and both stays were pleasant with clean rooms including a comfortable bed. The rooms were quiet with no outside noise or disturbance in the corridors. Check-in was swift using the check in computer terminals with staff

The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was very good and the service was first class. The only point was that our room was quite a distance from the front door and as my husband was a smoker, he had quite a long way to go for a smoke. I would most certainly use this hotel when travelling again. -

It was good to have the seperate bar area where we could relax and read a paper after a long flight and the little library was a great idea too.

The blonde girl serving on the bar was fantastic, very helpful and looked like she actually enjoyed her work. The fact she is gorgeous as well is just a bonus! - Hotel receptionists very helpful. Great to have frequent bus transfer to the terminals and rail station.

This was the best hotek we have visited in tis country. Reception prompt, and very helpful, the room was clean, very comfortable and well equipped and the hotel had excellent facilities. Location of the Hotel. Close to town but out from the city. Nice way to relax before the flight home.
The Six Bells pub around the corner is a great place to socialize and have a bite to eat.
Nice getting a drive to and from the Gatwick Airport. Would stay here again. Good cooked breakfast in the am; plenty to chose from.

guest houses were not my usual places to stay, but now I'll have to reconsider that having been so cordially treated at GH
The single room was small but comfortable.
Plumbing was good.
Breakfasts good too.
Short walk to the 6 Bells Pub but a bit scary walking home through the graveyard after 2 pints, a bottle of wine and an Irish Coffee.

It was very reasonably priced, especially considering everything that was included. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport. The bathroom was exceptionally clean

We appreciated the airport transport provided and the flexibility to be able to accomodate a change in timing.
We appreciated that the proprietors were responsive to our needs and without our prompting looked ahead to help us plan for a supper venue.

Both Clive and Carmel were very welcoming and accommodating in their approach and nothing seemed too much trouble for them when asked. The only disappointment for us was that leaving so early in the morning we did not get to eat the full English breakfast. I'm sure it would have matched the other high standards, but there's always next time !!!

I stayed at Springwood for 3 nights due to taking exam in the local area. Recieved an upgrade to a double room, which was 100%. Free wireless internet, lovely breakfast. Lift to exam center every day, Thanks for a very enjoyable stay. - Only spent one night. Comfortable and clean room.

There were 10 of us; grandparents, parents and children; going to Lapland for the day. We were made very welcome on arrival, had a lovely meal and, thankfully, got out of bed with our early calls. All dealings with the staff, before and during our stay, were friendly and excellent. Staying at the hotel made getting to the airport much easier

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our evening meal in the Restaurant. Flew down from Scotland and stayed at Hotel before leaving Gatwick for Barbados the following morning. Had a very good night's sleep and felt relaxed before travelling. The complementary shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Have used the Hotel for this purpose before and will use again in future. Would recommend this Hotel
