Great place to stay in Barrio Santa Cruz - especially during Semana Santa with a paso right in front of the hotel. Everything in relative ease walking distance. The room we were allocated was ideal for travelling with older children as it was spacious. The use of the internet helped them to contact their friends. The decor is sophisticated.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The location was amazing. Definitely have an evening drink at the roof top bar. It was a spectacular view. - location was amazing! Breakfast buffet was quite good, but not as varied as others. The hotel staff was professional and very helpful.

The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. service and accommodations located among the twisting calles of Sevilla.
Taxi to most locations for 5 to 8 Euro, or walk among the beautiful
history of Macarena or the old Jewish section. Highly recommended

The location was perfect for walking and sightseeing around the old ciy. We loved the decor and the charm of an old, traditional, Sevillan house. The service was both warm, friendly and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and professional. They offered information about the city, asked if I needed help with my bags and they informed me that there was a discount for using the parking garage because I stayed at the hotel and various other questions which made me feel very comfortable about staying at this hotel. - Great value f

Everything was perfect. This was the best place, where stayed during our trip across Andalucia. Both Marina and Estefania are very kind, when talking with them it felt as if we were friends. We were welcomed by Stephanie and Marina who were charming and warm and
instantly made us feel like family!! They even upgraded our reservation,
giving our teenage daughters their own studio apartment next door so
that we would all be comfortable free of charge! They were enormously
helpful in assisting us with travel ideas, restaurants, and all local
attractions. The apartments and the building were modern and immaculate,
with the most comfortable beds we experienced on our one month trip!!

All members of staff were always polite and friendly. Our room was spacious enough for a four day stay and was always clean tidy on our return from sightseeing. Bearing in mind the location so close to the centre of the city it was quiet at night.The breakfast was very good indeed. - Hotel was not too central but a nice walk past some off the beat
