Especially liked the location. The staff spoke English very well, and they were nice and helpful. They also let us check in at noon, which we appreciated. - Location was very central. Rooms spacious and clean. Excellent staff

Great place to stay in Barrio Santa Cruz - especially during Semana Santa with a paso right in front of the hotel. Everything in relative ease walking distance. The room we were allocated was ideal for travelling with older children as it was spacious. The use of the internet helped them to contact their friends. The decor is sophisticated.

The location, room itself, bathroom and services were excellent, itwas the only hotel I've ever seen that had a laptop inside the roomconnected to the internet 7/24 and for free. A bit small but veryclean rooms, comfy bed, not a noisy area, breakfast not included inprice but it is ok - Two room cards. Free internet - wifi and a notebook on the room

Great hotel, located in the barrio Santa Cruz (pedestrian area). Everything is well within walking distance. Our room (ground floor facing the patio) was quiet and cleaned daily. We found the matresses were fine (firm, though). Save entrance, kind staff, good Wi-Fi connection, both in our room and on the patio.
Breakfast is not included, but there are very affordable and good breakfast bars around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The location was amazing. Definitely have an evening drink at the roof top bar. It was a spectacular view. - location was amazing! Breakfast buffet was quite good, but not as varied as others. The hotel staff was professional and very helpful.

Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly
at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel
secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely
internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed
in the junior suite (room 103) which was amazing. It was very clean

The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus. The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. service and accommodations located among the twisting calles of Sevilla.
Taxi to most locations for 5 to 8 Euro, or walk among the beautiful

Across the road from El Corte Ingles in the centre of Seville.No problems whatsoever..easy check-in,good room,good price,great location.I'd definitely use it again and recommend it to my family. - the Staff are really, really nice and they speak English which is good.
